Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE: it secures the makeup artist’s availability and holds the time exclusively for the client. If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.
Can I change my date and keep my deposit?
The deposit can only be applied to a new date if the change is requested at least 15 days in advance and the makeup artist is available. One change per booking is allowed and it is not guaranteed. If the new date is unavailable, the deposit remains non-refundable.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, ideally inquire 6–12 months ahead. For special occasions, get in touch as soon as you know your date. Availability is confirmed personally; selecting a date online does not hold it.
Can I book a bridal trial?
Yes. We can arrange a trial to explore your look, talk about your dress, and find the perfect balance of hair and makeup. Request trial availability and pricing via WhatsApp.
Do you travel to venues and destination weddings?
Yes, services can take place at your home, hotel, or venue. The proposed local travel fee covers up to 20 miles from Downtown Miami. For other destinations, travel expenses are itemized before confirmation.
How should I prepare my skin and hair?
Arrive with a clean face and follow your usual moisturizing routine. Hair preparation depends on your chosen style; confirm instructions when booking. Please share any allergies or sensitivities in advance.
Is my online booking confirmed instantly?
The website prepares your inquiry for you to send via WhatsApp or email. Nailet checks availability, confirms the final price, and explains how to secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit. This website does not collect payments.
